Refund Policy
for SAQ MOTORIFIC – Premium Car Accessories

We aim for a smooth experience on every order. Because many items are vehicle-specific and prepared quickly, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and chargebacks.
1) No Refunds After Order Processing
All sales are final once an order has been processed (picked, packed, or handed to a carrier). Please review your cart and fitment before checkout.
2) Cancellations
Requests to cancel must be received before processing begins. We cannot cancel after the order is in processing or dispatched.
3) Fraud & Chargebacks
We treat false “not received” claims, unauthorized disputes, and chargebacks made after shipment as fraudulent. We will contest such claims with proof of processing, dispatch, and delivery, and we may restrict future purchases by the account and related details.
4) Damaged / Incorrect Items (Exceptions)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@saqmotorific.com within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of delivery with photos of the packaging, item, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement or suitable remedy at our discretion. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
5) Non-Returnable Items
- Installed, used, or damaged-by-installation parts.
- Custom/ordered-to-spec items and electrical components once opened.
- Any item not in its original packaging.
